"Lights On" Guarantee
Whichever installation program you decide on, your lights or ours, AZ Holiday Lighting will be there if there are problems. We would like to say that we don't have issues with lights. But let's face it, when you install hundreds if not thousands of small light bulbs on your home, there is a possibility that some may burn out. With our "Lights On" Guarantee, we will return to your home within 24 hours of being notified either by email at Repair@AZHolidayLighting.com or by phone to bring your lights back on to fully operational.
Our Lights
If for any reason a problem develops with either our lights or timers or if the lights become dislodged from their mounting points, we will return completely free of charge. In regards to sets using hundreds of mini lights such as icicle lights and strands, we will repair if sections go out but not individual light bulbs. The only exception to this guarantee is an outage due to the tripping of either a circuit breaker or a ground fault circuit interruptor (GFCI). If the GFCI trips due to inclement weather, wait for the system to dry out and then push the reset button. The GFCI is a safety device designed to prevent dangerous conditions when water is in contact with electrical current. Never attempt to override a GFCI or plug lights into a non-protected indoor outlet. If AZ Holiday Lighting is summoned to reset either a GFCI or a circuit breaker, there will be a $30 trip charge. We do not perform service calls in the rain.
Your Lights

For all other service calls, there is a $30 trip charge which includes 30 minutes of repair time. Any additional repair time is billed at $30 per hour per person in 15 minute increments. Please note that it is recommended to have additional new sets of icicles or strands available to replace nonworking ones since it can be very time intensive to try and find one bad bulb in a section. We do not perform service calls in the rain.
